At ExpressVPN, product design is about delivering UI solutions that serve as blueprints for technical and business discussions.

Hypothesis-driven CRO design —
Increase revenue (massively) by offering transparency

In this project, product design played a key role in uncovering user pain points and crafting A/B tests to boost mobile app free trial conversion rates using a hypothesis-driven design framework.

The results? Significant gains in both revenue and user insights. Here’s what we learned.
